How to establish a common favourites folder for all users

1. Run registry editor (regedit). 2. Navigate to to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders 3. Set the value of "Favorites" to the desired path that is not dependent on USERPROFILE env var
