What is the difference between refquota and quota property of a ZFS dataset

# zfs create -o quota=1g pool/data

# zfs set quota=1g pool/data

=> 1gb quota for pool/data and all its decendants (including snapshots etc)

# zfs create -o refquota=1g pool/data

# zfs set refquota=1g pool/data

=> 1gb quota for pool/data, but does not count space consumed by decendants
